Hope to see you there!

 Our Mission:

The Waynedale Green Alliance seeks to lift environmental awareness in order to elevate the economic status of the Waynedale area.

The WGA is on a mission to increase the green vocabulary in the Waynedale community.

We seek to accomplish this by utilizing the Green ABC's -bringing an interactive medium to the area.

WGA is  in partnership with national and international companies, such as The National Bike Registry, Goodwill, Walmart, Earth Cinema, and the Sierra Club.  Other respected organizations that support the 'greening' of our planet are now under consideration

WGA founder, April D. Langschied supports the Northeast Indiana Green Build Coalition through her personal memberhship.

WGA is also a platform for area businesses to advertise their green products, procedures, and services.  Write to WGA Project MGR  for information regarding this feature.  There are custom packages for every business.

The WGA wishes to bring the citizens, businesses, churches, schools, and community organizations of Waynedale together in an effort to 'go green'.  Utilizing projects such as planting trees, pilot programs in area schools and churches, and supplying a series of green links of area members who pledge to instill the following ten principles of greener living in the Waynedale area.

The WGA also seeks to provide recognition for those residents, businesses, schools and churches that are 'going green' in a series of collaborative efforts.

Waynedale is a part of the Greater Fort Wayne Metro area, it is a window to Fort Wayne for those people who first see the Fort Wayne area while coming in from the Fort Wayne International Airport.

Waynedale has over 8,000 residents.

The Waynedale  Green Alliance is dedicated to bringing trails, recycling, alternative transportation methods, and education concerning energy efficient ways of living to the Waynedale area.

Please join in our discussions, become a part of a greener community, get recognition, and help us set our goals.
